Graduation Ceremony Handout

I was scanning through the graduation ceremony handouts that were distributed on our graduation day and felt content to see our names in it.
I am sure seeing this handout would warm the cockles of our heart after 5-6 years as we would be able to map our career growth since the completion of this degree!

Brighton Beach

When the hot Saturday was about to get over, we thought a beach side drive in the evening would be enjoyable. The beach that has colorful bathing rooms and which attracts more visitors was what we shortlisted!
Brighton beach is just 5 kms from the city and was crowded unlike the others that we have been to. After a sweltering day with the temperature of 43 degrees, people dint want to waste the weekend furthermore getting roasted in their home!
It felt wonderful to have some fresh air, see paragliding professionals dive over the blue waters, get a glimpse of a beach wedding and yes see bathing rooms!

Queen Victoria Market

Queen Victoria market is listed on Melbournes' places of visit for tourists and I was keen to pay a visit since long. Finally we ticked the place from our bucket list today! We started around 7 in the morning and as we reached few stalls were already setup while others were busy arranging.
The overall look of the market reminded me of a typical Indian market where you can bargain with the seller and choose from a range of fresh fruits and vegetables and you get the best price on the quantity you buy. It was fun and a change from the everyday shopping!

Panda Pop

Today I have been popping the bubbles in Panda Pop game using infinite lives to release the baby pandas. Vacation chill time!
I was introduced to this game my Mr.Rayyan. He has his fundas clear on these games. If he cannot clear a level in the first go, he tells me "Ohh this game is too difficult... Maybe its for big people not for children like me!!". That's it, the app is closed and a new game begins!

Customised Gift

Anusha and Vishwesh gifted us a photo frame as our graduation gift. The best part was that the frame already had our graduation pics mount in it!
Me and Praveen appreciated their thought of having two individual pics to either sides and the one with the graduation hats in the air at the centre. The first cool and personalised gift that we have received since graduation!

Ill-fated evening!

Yesterday evening turned out a gloomy one. We had planned for some outside work and stepped out from the house when we realised that we had locked ourselves outside with the car and house keys inside! Cursing ourselves for how we could do this and with a lost mind, we tried to think of the best possible options to enter back but unfortunately nothing worked. With long faces, we called Vishwesh who first burst out laughing then calmed us down, received us and we three headed to their house. They were soo generous to make overnight stay arrangements for both of us in their studio. Finally today morning we collected the extra pair of keys from the realestate office and gave a sigh of relief to end the pandemonium!

GPD (Garlic Peel Day)

We had picked two bags of garlic the last time we purchased groceries as they were on special. Before the cloves dry off and go in the bin, I crushed them in a paste and refrigerated it today. Was feeling like a grandma as it took me soo long to peel them(I have always seen my grandma in my childhood do such work requiring patience!) and then later felt like a chinese chef as the strong and pungent garlic smell was floating all around me!
