Doodhi Muthia

I know its been two cooking posts back to back but that's the only new thing I have tried! We have switched on the gujrati kitchen mode to be honest!
I made these muthia today moreover with an intention to finish off the white gourd we had purchased. But it tasted really well! We also exploited a new combo: muthia tastes delicious with a side dish of hot piping kadhi. Try it out!
